How to begin

A simple mail-in process.

Mail-in work is available for customers outside Northeast Ohio. The process begins with a conversation so the repair, timing and shipping instructions are understood before anything is sent.

01

Contact Karen

Call or email before shipping. Describe what needs repair so Karen can discuss whether the job is a fit for the shop.

02

Discuss timing

Turnaround is discussed per repair before the boots or item are sent in. There is no one-size-fits-all turnaround promise.

03

Clean riding boots

Boots must be washed top to bottom with warm soapy water and dried. A $50 cleaning fee applies to boots that arrive dirty.

04

Ship only after instructions

Karen will provide the sending information needed for the repair after the job has been discussed.
